Content that complies with labeling and advertising rules

We continuously study regulations and expression standards that change every year — and often more frequently. Our content is grounded in Korea's labeling and advertising laws, including the Cosmetics Act, the Health Functional Foods Act and the Medical Devices Act, as well as MFDS notices and guidelines. Even when an expression is not yet clearly regulated, we rule it out at the production stage if it is likely to become a problem. Even in strictly regulated medical-device fields such as fillers and treatment devices, we find the selling points a brand needs to communicate within permitted limits.

02 AI with Standards

AI production with managed risk

AI is changing how content is made, how fast, and what the results look like. KUNDE handles this technology with precision. Images that show efficacy or results are created only within the scope confirmed by clinical results and substantiating data. We live in an era where AI both creates and filters. Regulators and platforms now use AI to read even the text inside images and flag possible violations. KUNDE tracks these changing standards continuously and reflects them from the production stage.

03 One House, One Process

Branding, planning, design and content production under one roof

Haus Kunde handles all the design a brand needs — brand identity, packaging, brochures, detail pages and websites. Kunde Studio handles content production — product and model photography, retouching, brand films and social content. Even a single key visual that represents a brand carries both Haus Kunde's planning and Kunde Studio's production.

Because planning and execution are not separated, the brand's strategy carries through to the final result without losing focus.
